Currently, I am a junior in Korea International School and I am deeply invested in environmental issues. I first thought about these environmental issues because of how prominent and extensive this issue is.
As we live in the era of environmental pollution, we should care about environmental issues because they directly affect the health and well-being of all living beings on Earth. Our environment provides essential resources for survival, such as clean air, water, and food. Protecting and preserving the environment is crucial for the sustainability and future of our planet.

MORE ABOUT ME
Starting from a young age, I invested a significant amount of time into Alpine Skiing. Skiing in South Korea is a very limited because the sport itself was not popular and the climate of South Korea.

South Korea has a temperate climate with distinct four seasons. Due to its geographical location and varied topography, there are some regional variations in the climate across the country. Overall, South Korea experiences a combination of humid continental and humid subtropical climate.

Winter (December to February) in South Korea is cold and dry. Average temperatures range from -5°C (23°F) to 5°C (41°F), but they can drop even lower, particularly in the mountainous regions. However, because of its short winters, the skiing population is small and because the season is short, it is especially easier to feel climate change and various environmental issues.
